great so all documents again eh. Swell.

Is it possible, I could call some1 at the embassy or any office and let them know about this so that it has to only medicals and not the entire procedure.

Okay, one final question. Assuming I begin my process again, can I place a sponsor of my sibling together in my application process or that takes places only if I have attained PR status.

Under what category would you be applying again? Are you married to a Canadian?

Skilled Worker, I have enough work experience, could try IELTS again and for my brother who is an Indian like
me .

While reapplying for my process, can I sponsor him at the same time as well or is it after I have attained my PR.

I don't think that you would be able to include your brother on your application, and he will have to meet the requirements for himself.

I also don't believe that he can be a member of the family class, unless he is your only relative. But for you to sponsor him you would have to already be a PR living in Canada. It will be difficult to apply for you to sponsor him.

He is my only relative living, I don't want any1 else here. None of my close relatives live here, so then back to square one eh for me. Damn

I'm sorry but what requirements would he need to meet if I'm sponsoring him, only relative here and mostly a non-crime background

Okay so unlike me he is not a skilled worker any other way he can apply for citizenship, please advice.

Also, should I get my parents here, then can I sponsor my brother, I answering this must be boring but I extremely nervous about this, so any help will be appreciated, guys. Please

No I understood that but lets say I sponsor my parents, then can I sponsor him as well. As he would be the only one left.

how old is your brother? And also do you ignore links posted above?

I guess you realise that parents sponsorship is a lottery process so could take years to come through and that’s not including the years that you have to be resident as. PR living in Canada.
