Hi,

I had received an ITA in March this year based on my old profile which got rejected later on because of incomplete documents. I then created a new Express Entry profile and I recently got another ITA in yesterday's draw. Now my query is that will I have to give the medical test again or will my old medical suffice for the new ITA that I have received.

Hello!
Your old medical test results will suffice.
Ask the doctor to upload it on the system for you again.

But my understanding is that the first landing is tied to the date of your medical. So if for example the date of my medical my May 2017 and CIC is now unable to process my ITA by May 2018 then wouldn't they ask me to go again for a new medical? also, my wife was pregnant at the time of the medical due to which we got a pregnancy deferral letter which we had uploaded. I have a baby daughter now so I am assuming that I will have to complete my wife's medical and medical for my daughter as well. Kindly correct me if I am wrong.

Personally, I think it's better to get a new one. Your current medicals will expire in March so you have to land by then (that's assuming you got them in March and not april). Let's say best case scenario you submit your application and get AOR before november 1st and it takes 3 months for PPR (if you're lucky), that puts you on Feb 1st, add a month to get copr that's march and your meds are no longer valid then you'll have to request an extension and a new copr etc... and that's assuming you're ready to land as soon as you get copr and that your application doesn't take longer than 3 months. Just a few things to consider.
