Your education and job experience are not matching with each other . This is very important thing in PNP. You did MBA and wrking in IT field. So u can't apply for SINP. You can try for NSNP.

There should be symmetry in education and job. I think NOC 2175 is suitable with education.

I think you could try for PNP from Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan (though it has now removed the NOC 0213 from its list, but may get added early next year).

I guess you write your job duties here. Working in IT section and working in IT field could be different. 2173 or 2175 is for those who are working in IT Field. If you leading the IT section and overseeing them with your management skills then you cant claim 2173/2175. You need to choose a NOC as manager

2171 also cannot. I doubt after obtaining BE (IIT) and MBA (IIM) he will go to do IT programming.
