Also my medical was done in june but it is updated today in my CIC that medical is clear.

Yes you can. They will definitely refund you. At least I am sure they will refund the $155. Not sure of the $100

Submitted bowp yesterday. don't want to take any risk. June 2 applicant bc still not applicable

I have the same situation. Want to apply for BOWP. I answered the questions to make a checklist and it gave me 3 options: Extend your work permit, TRV, and Open Work Permit. Which one did you choose? First or third?
