Your are IP1. It might take around a month or so from here.

Ip1>NA2>ip2>PPR

Oh ok. Thank you.

But Backgroung check was "Background check We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Help" before it was changed to NA.

Is this normal?

yes, it's normal. In this case you are not ip 1, you are NA2, almost near the ppr. Your case is slightly different since most people got NA first and then "we are processing your background check..." You might have got your background check done already.

One more clarification:

Currently I am in Canada and worked in India.

I claimed both work Canada and India experience for CEC application. will my application go to India VO for verification?

AOR 12 June - CEC
My Background check still says " Not yet started". 4 months since AOR and Med was passed back in Aug What do do? Please help
