I received a letter from CIC saying:
A request has or will be sent directly to the principal applicant with instructions outlining the requirements for submission of the Schedule A to CPC-Mississauga. If your principal applicant or their representative has not yet received this request, or an invitation to link their application to My CIC, it will be sent in the next 5 business days. Your PA or their representative should also check their junk mail in the email account provided at the time of application submission. Separate Schedule A forms, bearing signatures, must be completed by the applicant, and by all dependent family members 18 years of age or older (whether accompanying or not).

Now I already received email to link the application which I did a few days back, I filled the Schedule A form for my wife but when I login to IIRCC I dont see a way to upload the Schedule A form however I do have a medical request showing up there which will be completed in a few days.

There is a very common glitch where the spot to upload the PCCs and Schedule A does not appear. If you scroll to the bottom of the page and click "view this application" button, you should see it there. If not, you can either mail in the Schedule A or submit it via the IRCC webform.

I went to this website
https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/mycic/home
Sucessfully signed in using GCKEY

Then this is the page I get, https://ibb.co/kmJqMG
kmJqMG

Are you talking about "Check status and messages" box? I dont see view this application icon anywhere

You have to click "check status and messages" first. Then when you scroll to the bottom of that page, there should be a "view this application" button.

I dont see any Schedule A request there.. there is only Medical and for that no document is required.

I clicked view submitted application > and it says "There are no required documents for this Online Application"

I have checked the IIRC Webform at
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-...937.1510636265.1507590966-43366081.1506474982

but dont think we can attach a file with this webform.

That is where you would see the Schedule A request, so if it's not there, unfortunately it's probably the same glitch many others have experienced.

You are able to attach a file to that webform. If you scroll to the bottom you will see it says "After you click "Next", you will have the opportunity to upload your document(s)". You can also choose to mail the form physically.

I wonder if someone can help me with these questions 6d and 6e on the schedule A form.

My wife had a VR extension refused which we then restored sucessfully. She then had the next VR refused which we did not restore. I assume I should say yes to 6d and explain the above as they know about it anyway as she is here without status, but would I answer No to 6e which asks have you ever been ordered to leave etc...she has never been ordered to leave as such unless the refusal amounts to that. We dont want to answer the wrong thing.
