Changing university after receiving visa

I have two offers of admission. For the first offer (Mcgill) the university has strict rules and does not allow me to arrive even one day later (let alone deferring my admission). But the second option (mcmaster) is more flexible and I can even defer my admission. I wanted to know is it possible that I get my visa using the offer of first university and then if I did not received my visa soon enough, I use it to attend my second choice?
If yes, then can we really accept two offers of admission without getting into trouble?

There is a process online to notify CIC that you are changing schools. Considering they are both university programs I would imagine it wouldn't be an issue especially if in similar subjects. You will have to look at the fine print for withdrawals and refunds for both schools that seems like the bigger issue. I assume you'd prefer to attend McGill. Not sure if you are also looking for on-campus housing or housing in general but that would be an issue especially on-campus housing will not be able to be secured at the last minute.

Thanks buddy, I'm really stressed out. I'm really nervous about if I accept these two offers at the same time then both universities may become aware of that and I may lose both universities. And I have to make my mind until Friday!

Will definitely not realize you have accepted both offers unless in a smaller masters or PhD program where it may come up but still not very probable.
