There is error occurs when linked paper application to online application

Hello there,

I signed-in CIC website, I would like to link paper application to online application, but it seems does not work and there is no result of my paper application. I followed up the guidelines of old thread here (i forgot the link), but it does not work for me. I would like to change my DLI.

Without linking you can't change DLI,even the call centre will advise you to link only. You might be committing some mistake as there's no way you can't link. try again

Thanks bro, I am raising this issued to CIC via Wed Form, I captured and provided them a screenshot, I hope they can help me to solve the issued.
