Try posting your question to the parent / grandparent sponsorship thread:

Hello Team

I got an email from CIC that my name was picked up in the second draw for parents and granparents sponsorship. But my income doesn't meet the requirements to sponsor them. My own Sister lives in Canada and she is a Citizen. My question is , Can me and my sister together, sponsor my parents as both of our salaries meet the income requirements.

Please respond
Thanks
Sana

Unfortunately you can't use your sisters income. You can, if you have one, include your spouses income. If you don't meet LICO, you application will be rejected and you will have to apply when you do meet LICO.

Why did you enter the draw in the first place? You should have asked this question before you entered the draw.

Now someone else eligible to get their parents in Canada CANNOT do it because you took their spot and wasted it.
