how about getting temporal permit with working permit. is it possible to come with visitors visa and change the status
It's extremely difficult. To get a work permit, you first have to find an employer who is willing to offer you a full time job. That employer also needs to get an approved LMIA (permission to hire you). Most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process.
