won't the marriage certificate show the date you got married on? You have 90 days to get documentation will it be ready by then?

The certificat date will be at least 10 days after ITA, should I wait and apply for a new EE ??

You got married after ITA? You can just decline ITA without creating a new profile

Should I decline the and wait for the certificat then reaply ?
I would do so decline the ITA and wait for the next one if you have good enough points. If you're unsure of the date better wait for the certificate since you'll have to add when you got married in the application. You say you got married post ITA? What did you put as date you got married on? A wrong date?

Yes, sorry 90 days, which means that in my e-APR I will put a real mariage date, but when I created the EE profile I wasn't legally maried even if I stated so

I'm not sure if it becomes misrepresentation at this point or not. I mean by the time you got ITA you were still single but got married after it. You can start getting medicals in the meantime. Wait for seniors to input on this case.

U mean u were not married but u applied as married?
And now u r actually married?
If that is true u might have a problem. CIC cares about the date of legal marriage. If you can provide marriage certificate of before mentioned date, it wont be a problem
