Is this a scam???pls someone help me. thanks

Scam. First give away is the postal code...should be letter, number, letter-number, letter, number. Google maps shows this as an intersection in the middle of no where. Employers are required to pay for and apply for LIMA. It's all too sketchy.

Usually these scams are more subtle but this one must be of the most brazen ones anyone has posted here specifically asking for money even though an LMIA application is the responsibility of the employer. Does make you wonder if the actual company is aware of this use of their name, in reality the actual company is listed with just 3 employees and a turnover less than 300k per year.

I googled the company name, and the websites they posted their employment notices are full of grammar errors and many unnecessary positions for a small dairy farm; that should be in itself a red flag that it might not be genuine. Also, if a company is actively seeking employees, they should also be willing to pay for everything to bring you in because they want you to work for them. Did they send you a contract stating what you would be provided, or just ask for the money? Without a contract, there's no proof that the offer is genuine, and they could just take your money and you would have no legal way to get it back.

yes actually i do have their contract agreement, sent through email, and instructed me to print it out and sign
the said documents, after forwarding them the signed documents they gave me instruction on how to pay the LMIA/WORKVISA processing

and upon checking in manta and hoovers and job listing it really exist, i have been also assisted by customer rep of hoovers, it was legally registered as a business entity

Not surprised to see such posts, there are several people getting an invite like this good you came to the forum and verified. Because there are few who actually paid some and looking for a solution.

If you are trying to come canada/States you will not get a job before landing in this country.
So please ignore all this and find a way how to land here.

Thanks

Hi!

Going back again, triple t farm sent me an email, stating that canada sent an email to them asking about my concern, they said that they already answer them same as the audiences, im very much confused, can you guys please help me??? thank youuuu so much.

It's 100% fake and a scam. Your choice what you do. Getting a job in Canada NEVER works this way.

My recommendation is that if you want to throw away money - donate it to a charity instead of giving it to scammer.

But again, your life and your choice.

You are being scammed. Legitimate companies NEVER charge applicants upfront to start LMIA process.
Why would a Canadian company be charging in USD?
And what the heck is an "expatriate certificate? This sounds entirely made up.
As far as I know there is no such thing as a 5-year closed work permit upfront. Validity of work permit is decided by CBSA upon entry, and is dependent on your passport validity and the time they deem acceptable for the job.
Once you send them money you'll never hear from them again.

Instead of continuing and throwing your money away, I would instead report them to IRCC.
