Hello, I am having difficulties finding information on this topic. I am going through the route of Common Law sponsorship. (1) When the time comes, do I need Health Insurance to apply for PR? I am young and have no health conditions. (2) If not, do I need health care to apply for a OWP if I decide to apply inland? Thanks!
