Study Permit

I applied on 19June for Student Visa and it is still being processed at visa office banglore and it has been almost 90days and the maximun limit is 7weeks what should i do now?
Please advise..

There's no maximum limit for processing time. The 7 weeks posted on the CIC web site is just an estimated processing time - it's entirely possible for processing to take a lot longer. There's nothing you can do but wait.

is there anything that i can do to know about my study permit because my college has been started since 5th September 2017 and i have not got the permit yet and also people who applied after me have already got the permit..
