Are you sure that your AOR is delayed? Spreadsheet shows that last AOR was for 26th May submission date and No AOR after that.

That's correct. I haven't updated my details in that spreadsheet and will do asap.
I am seeing none of us who submitted in June 2017 have AOR received

I called cic today,agent told me that eleglibility not start criminality in processing medical exam passed security not start,but They told me the same information two months ago till now nothing change.

What is the average time for background change to we are processing your background....

I did my medicals 17th last month....but my background havent changed from we are processing your aplication....which I suposse that VO is not working in my BG.

i did my medicals 2 weeks ago and a week later it changed to medicals passed... now it says "we are proccesing your background check..." so it changed 2 weeks after i did my medicals... my VO is Mexico

They are asking me to send photos and passport copy with an annex A (just a form with name and address)"

I have same status since 14th Aug ( day I received Medical Request).

If you don't have a message in your account, or anything to submit when you click on "View submitted application", then it is most likely a bug.

June 13th I was requested an additional doc, which I submitted, and for a few months now my profile has been saying "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details." even though there is nothing for me to submit anymore. CIC previously wrote a warning message before you logged in saying that there was a bug that caused the system to ask you to submit additional documents. There are other people to who this has happened

I received a Request Letter for Medicals. After I had submitted my Medical results Additional Documents should have shown "no Additional documents required" but it did not change.

Too lazy to call CIC. Did raise a technical issue and received a generic response pointing to some FAQs.
