Hey guys,
Isn't CIC going to announce about the 2018 quotas before they start the 2018 draws from October? I have seen many are contemplating that the 2017 Ita's would come to an end by September before they start the new years ita from October, so how would that be possible without any official announcement, well in advance on the targets?

Okay... Am a bit of a saddist now... I know everyone is anxiously waiting for the draw in this ROH, but as my profile is not yet created by my Consultant... I missed it last week also, .. So I might join the ROH 73, if the draw doesn't happen today...
Looks like no draw today 
But I want to know how come everyone is saying that from Oct 2018 quota will be started. Is it a Oct-Sept cycle every year for draws to happen?

Draws have happened much later in the day. Lets wait and watch.

it is still 9:50 AM in Ottawa's time. Draw usually happen after 10 AM, why so worried?

Oh.. All the best... Am at 451, so I feel that I am actually wasting my time. I thought, at least Today they will create my profile. But it didn't happen till EOD.

These consultants !! Why didn't you proceed with your own? EE is not tough to understand especially when we have so many experienced and helpful guys in the house.
Even someone is doing through consultants, for most part you have do arrange all your docs on your own. Consultants would simply upload them.
