My background status changed from "Not Applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." Also there were some other new things (biometrics and page formatting) that I think were related to the system maintenance earlier today?

Is this is IP1 or IP2 ? When should I expect PPR?

Medical Pass date: 1 August

I have same timelines but we never got ip1 which is we processing your application.
We directly got ip2 wordings.
Could be possible that cic has changed wordings.

It is quite possible that you might have missed IP1 and NA2..

Yes it is possible.. sometime within 1 hour its get change.. and you will not see IP1

Omg I really wish what you predict is true @lucky07 . My medicals are passed after 70 days and i hope its IP2 already lol I'm cec inland june 3rd aor.

This is not neccesarily IP2 because I had the exact same message both in IP1 and IP2.
If you try to judge the stage from wording then it is just a guessing game.

I was in exact dilemma a month ago and I can assure you that it is IP1. This will go to NA in few days and then again come back to same wordings
At that time it will be IP2

Yes IP2 since 1st Aug, mailed twice already but got the same standard reply - cannot confirm when it will be ready for finalization

Oh wow...so I am not alone are you an outland or inland applicant? Lets stay connected so we can monitor the changes...I got the same reply when I mailed...they didn't bother replying the 2nd mail.
