Hello!

I have been working as a freelance writer on Upwork.com. And as per NOC it comes under the A category with NOC as 5121. The job duties and requirements are also the same. Now my question is how can I proof my experience of this work? Like how do I calculate the hours invested or shall I consider it as a full time work? Please help!

You probably have to work with your B-school to resolve this. According to WES "When the document WES receives has a clear indication that the program undertaken has AICTE approval, we indicate on our Canadian evaluation reports the program status as “recognized program” and on our U.S. evaluation reports as “accredited program.” However, if AICTE approval is not indicated on the document then we report the status as “non-recognized or non-accredited program."
Thanks a lot jagadishgandhi . I've dropped a mail to WES stating info from UGC . Let's see how it goes .

Been there! Now I am looking back and Im thankful to people who provided hope for us when we were hopeless. @fatani
I want to do the same for you. 400+ you are going to get ITA most probably in the winter months. This is not my wish or even hopeful thinking, these are the facts. Prepare yourself, the battle is not even remotely over when you get ITA or even PPR.

Hardest step is ahead of us. Integration into a whole new society makes people scared or even lost at times.. and then is the time to shine really bright. Save your light for that period, you are gonna need it, and ITA is guaranteed for you over 400 so there is nothing to worry about..

I cant say anything for those below 400 because our analysis in 2016/2017 showed trends that are now happening and if you want to be really sure and see how low its gonna go, prepare your calculator and get into the statistics.. all is pretty much predictable.. Cheers, ITA on the way!
I second to your opinion and notion :)

Hi Guys,

I hope everyone is doing well and excited for the next draw.

I am an inland applicant and I have few questions regarding my EE profile. I really need your opinions and suggestions. Could someone please enlighten me about these points.

1. My husband is a Canadian citizen. How do I exclude him on my EE profile? There is a question "Is your spouse accompanying you in Canada?" Should I answer "no" to this question? Will they require his documents post-ITA? What documents should we prepare?

2. How can i claim the sibling points in EE? There's a question under relatives in Canada - "Does applicant have a relative who is a citizen or permanent resident of Canada? (The relative must be 18 or older and living in Canada.)? In this case, I do have lots of Canadian citizen relatives which is my husband, my mom and dad, my grandmother, my uncles and aunts, and also my sister. Should I choose "sister/brother" to be able to claim the sibling points? Or should I choose "spouse" so CIC knows that my husband does not need to be in my application? I am really confused about this?

3. As I mentioned that my husband is Canadian citizen, does he needs to get upfront medical exam as well? I booked my upfront medical on Sep 21, 2017. I would like to know if he also needs one.

4. I am hoping to qualify in EE Canadian Experience Class I started working on Sep 6, 2016. What is the best date to apply? The whole year I worked for 40 hrs/week except for the week mentioned below. I counted the weeks from Sep 6, 2016 till date minus the one week unpaid leave and it looks like that tomorrow, Sep 8, 2017, i have completed my 52 weeks. Do you think it is safe to submit my EE profile tomorrow or should I wait till next Friday?

Nov 28 - Dec 2, 2016 (exactly one week) - vacation not paid
May 22 - May 29, 2017 - paid vacation

5. I already have a AINP PNP application submitted in January 2017. I received my AOR in March 2017, paid my landing fee upfront. My question is should I pay again landing fee (if luckily i received an ITA) for my express entry application so it won't delay the processing? I need suggestions.

6. Lastly, I checked in CIC website the proof of funds required. Since there are 2 people in my application (my son and I), do I need to show at least $15,312 or $$18,825 for 3 people (my son, husband and I). Honestly, we only have $12,000 CAD in our savings account so that's what I put in my EE profile. Should I worry about this since I am hoping to be qualified in EE CEC stream?

Thank you in advance for all your replies and suggestions and it is greatly appreciated. Have a nice day.

If you put 12,000, I'm pretty sure your application will be ineligible
"You don’t need to show that you have enough money to support yourself and your family to meet the program requirements of the Canadian Experience Class (this includes provincial nominees who are part of the CEC stream)."

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

BUT to be 100% safe she should just put a figure above the minimum requirement.

regards
