I'm a single mom of a 7 years old canadian citizen child who live and study in Canada, although I do not need visa to stay in this country, but every 6 months I have to leave, my application for PR has been refuse, please any one can give me advise how and what must I do in order to get my PR application approve? How did you apply for PR that was refused?
The only way is really if you qualify for Express Entry or a PNP program with your education/skilled work.
If you don't have that, then a H&C app would be next. Having a Canadian child gives you no special way or any benefit to apply for PR.
If it was the H&C app that was already rejected, then unfortunately you probably don't have any other options so should be prepared to eventually move back to your home country with your child.

If your app was refused and you got an official refusal letter, then the app is done and will not be processed further. Did you submit through a lawyer or consultant?
At the end of this 1 year visitor status you now have, I imagine you may run into difficulties trying to extend again. There will be a point where IRCC will feel you are really trying to live here as a visitor, so would then refuse the status extension and start moves to deport you and bar from re-entry for a while.
How are you supporting yourself as a visitor in Canada?
