Does anybody know the average time line for NDVO from PP submission to getting PR Visa ?

I have been waiting since 3rd Aug, also received an email response on 22nd Aug that my file has been 'approved' and no updates since then.

Well CRC is moving slow as I have read / heard at various groups... But it's seem to be comparatively fast. I m fswo. Chek my timeline in my signature... We are almost parallel, intact u r ip2 before me... Only difference is ur initial steps were slow then it took pace... In my case it moved fast initially and now it's a bit slow....

I have a more or less similar timeline as you, with the exception of IP2. I would suggest to wait for a few more days, then you can try to call them and/or order GCMS as it might help push the application forward. But, by the looks of it you will get your PPR email soon.

Thanks for responding. I guess I am gonna wait for another 2 weeks (buffer time) and then try following up.

For those like me who are in IP2 for more than 2 weeks, send an email to CPC Ottawa requesting processing status of your application.

I sent one 2 days ago, and today got a reply saying that my file is being processed at CPC Ottawa and my application has been approved. They will be sending the Ready for Visa email soon.

So to all my fellow IP2 folks, don't worry... Just email CPC.

Great advice. I emailed CPC this morning. Hoping for a positive reply.
