Pre-Assessed..
you can check below link:- (if you have left UK and there is no plan to visit in near future then you can apply before ITA as well provided you've stayed more than 6 months there.!!)

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/europe/united-kingdom.asp

Thanks I saw this link but I want to know how do I provide proof that I lived in a particular house as the house I was living was on my friends name. Yeah I have left Uk and stayed there for 1 year.

Dear friend,

You don't have to prove anything, just complete the application form along with those required documents, pay the fee. That's it, UK PCC is easy one :) Processing time depends on your choice, you can pay less for a regular request or pay more for express one. You can get your PCC before getting an ITA, however plz remember your PCC is valid just for one year (if you don't go back of course) from the time it has been printed by UK authority.
Good luck for application process!

does anyone know how often they do the draws? My score is 409. I have IELTS score of L:8.5 R:8.5 W:6.5 S:6.5
I have checked that if I score good in writing and speaking (like 7 bands), it will shoot my score to 475. So if anyone can let me know about the next draw. I have heard that there is a possible draw on 31st of this month. And when do they start background checks? Like call to employers?

Dear members i need your guidance
I got my ITA on 9th august draw, in my express entry profile i chose NOC 0122 which is level O NOC and which matched my latest job title as well as duties, so it was my primary NOC, but since it also matched the main duties of my previous two jobs i chose the same NOC for all three of them, however now at the time of submitting my application my consultant has pointed out that NOC 0122 only matches with my latest job and for the previous 2 jobs i should chose 6235 which is level B NOC but it matches my job title more, he suggests that we should write and explain it in LOE.
My question is if i change my NOC from level O to level B, will my appliction be rejected?

@ivancabrer did you declare ALL of your paid work experience for OINP? I had the impression that Ontario only really cares about your work experience over the last 5 years. I have letters of reference covering all my work experience since December 2001, but my proofs of compensation date back only to 2006. My full history of paid full time work experience dates back to 1998 and I declared all with NOC codes in my EE profile, but for OINP, I wasn't planning on declaring any of my work history prior to December 2001 (because most of my experience prior to that was with a company that went out of business many years ago).
As @qwerty69 said, only for the last 10 years. Ontario asks to declare.
For the EE, you only need to declare the ones that you want to receive points for. All the other, for the last 10 years you should declare in Personal History, after ITA, to save you the time and the troubles.

We need more information to answer, coz we don't have any info about your jobs and responsibilities you do for these 3 jobs. If you give here more info with job titles, duration, your position, daily duties, we can look at those NOC to be able to compare. Otherwise, you are asking smth about 3 types of mysterious cases which are not solvable.

All the best!

Hey Buddy. If possible, give IELTS again instead of waiting. No one can predict about next draw date as we can only hope for the best.
Background check can happen after R10 completeness check and it's not necessary that they will contact your employer as its depends on your officer.
Best wishes.

It shouldn't be a problem...
ur work exp can be counted from one or more skill types 0,A or B... and CIC clause 11.2 explicitly states that a file can be rejected only if "information has materially changed to the degree that ita wouldn't have been issued in the first place "
in ur case since it is just change of noc, you'll still get the points & hence ur CRS won't change...thus, though information will be changed,it won't be to the degree to materially affect your ITA ...

One humble suggestion to all ita awaitees who have recently joined the thread ... :)
take a pledge that no matter whether you are applying through a consultant or self, not to waste an ita when it comes your way.
While you wait make sure you,
1. Organise the Experience/ Reference letter exactly as per cic specifications/ letter of explanations / affidavits for miss spelt names (one and the same certificate)
2.Dont wait for the ita to arrange the funds and proof of funds...at least some of us are getting help from our parents or siblings...don't wait for the ita to get the fund transferred and gift deed done...anyway they have to give it,so get it at the earliest and be ready with proof of funds by getting gift deed notarized & required bank letters and keep the fund maintained there.
3. If you've lived outside ur home country & do not intend to visit there again before the eAPR,apply for pcc right away...
---
we all wait for ita and once it is there, we will chase all this and at least few will have to decline as they won't have time to manage the docs in time ....
Only medical needs to be kept for ita ...in fact even that can be done in advance ... ;) ...
Thank you :)
Hi lino82,

Great advice. I am an ITA awaitee. I am from India. I am now in US for the last 2 years. I have not been to any other country.

So in PCC do I need to do anything else other than the following two:
1. Indian PCC (from California Indian Embassy because that's the nearest).
2. FBI PCC (Fingerprints for FBI PCC already sent)
After I do these two am I done with my PCCs for the post ITA?

Thanking you in advance :)

Yes....you're done with pcc

Somewhere I've read that once embassy issued pcc specifying dates...I don't know how far it's true..
You'll need a pcc for the entire period of ur stay in India...so check if your pcc mentions 'any period'...
The one we get here from local police stations specify the period of stay in that city / area and you're required to apply from each city u lived..however passport Kendra issues a blanket pcc stating no dates / area or city....cic encourages that one as they themselves have given the link.
I hope embassy is issuing such a one to you..I believe so

It is 1/million chance only, but since you asked if there was anything to be careful about, make sure that it isn't for a specific area/domicile & or date..
