Mine still stuck at n/A2 .. called cic, they did not give any proper information.
After day before yesterday's "Updated" thing, did you get any email or any update ?

I just called cic to find out where exactly my application is standing, she told that medicals and criminality passed, eligibility in progress and security has not yet started.
How long does it take to get PPR? any ideas please..

Hey!! My timeline is similar to yours, AOR may 17 and also CEC, medicals passed July 28th.
I was wondering... do you know what's the difference between criminality and security? I thought they were the same thing :confused:

Hi!
They are not the same. Security is checking whether you are a threat to Canada e.g. terrorism, hacking, crime against humanity, war crimes, etc. Criminality is checking your police clearance certificates, etc making sure you do not have convictions for crimes that would make you inadmissible to Canada.(read this from forum)

I have similar Timelines.
CEC applicant, AOR: May14th., Medicals : Passed(July 26th)
Criminality In Progress(July 26th), Eligibility and Security not yet started.

@Cynicalmonk, I'm in the same situation like yours. Just a quick question; where did you upload the new medical assessment acknowledgment? I'm not finding any additional link or areas to upload any documents. Let me know the procedure, please.

my case kinda same.. May 4th AOR, med passed may 25th.
Eligibility, security - still in progress
and status N/A since june 10th-15th . So 2 and half months N/A2

did you see any "Updated" status on your page, instead of "submitted" ever?? and then no change happened??
I have noticed this on wednesday, but nothing was updated lol.. profile still looks the same and email I dont know, my lawyer has not reponded yet...

If anyone has any idea about this updated thing, please thriw some light, I'd be really greatful. I have created a thread as well yesterday morning to get noticed :P, but no luck.. Called CIC to know about that, but the person who I talked to, hasnt given any information.. Said it was their regular process and they dont need anything from me

If any of you has any knowledge on this, please let me know..

Hi Srujju, can you check the documents review part, to know if that was updated. Check for Additional Documents no longer required or We do not need additional documents. If it something of that nature, it is possible that your file has been shipped from CIO to a VO.

Yes, I have checked that, there is no change in any of the rows there.. Nothinh has changed before and after that Updated status. All the rows remain same for the last 2 and half months. And my application is in Ottawa office.

Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.HelpReview of medical resultsYou passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: The additional documents you provided are being reviewed.

A change must have occurred but you did not know or is it possible that you just completed 1P1 and it has changed back to NA again. What is your AOR and when did you pass medicals

My AOR is 4th May .. Medicals passed on 25th May ..

after that IP1 for 2 weeks and then went to N/A again ( I am assuming it is N/A 2) around june 15th ...
since then it has been on N/A
113 th day now ... btw I am CEC Inland.
