Hello, I recently got an ADR from CIC on IMM5475 form, there the location of visa office is required. Could anyone tell me the visa office for Bangladeshi applicants? we submitted an e-Apr, and my AOR is 4th August
Your visa office is Singapore. But you should submit all AD through your MyCIC account.

Hello, my wife's Police clearance is issued against current address which is in Dhaka and her passport permanent address is different but also located in Dhaka. Now, Do I need to take PCC for both address or just one PCC is fine for Bangladesh. I am quite worried, because people are being rejected because of not covering all addresses since 18 years.
I haven't seen anyone issuing 2 PCCs from the same country. You have to either list all addresses in the last 10 years or since 18 years which ever is latest. As far as I know, the address in the PCC must match the current address on your passport.

Can anyone please confirm if I can pay the following fees
Processing fee ($550) and right of permanent residence fee ($490)
using a Bangladeshi Dual Currency Credit Card. If there is alternative option please mention that as well. Thanks
Yes. Use dual currency credit card. Arrange your USD limit before transaction. Endorse the USD and open the online transaction part by calling the bank's call center.

yes RSRS. Your PCC will be expired after 12 months and you will be required to send new one.
I wanted to know your timeline and wanted to talk for long but no response from your side.
We will be happy to talk to you brother. Please let me have your cell No. We frequently discuss with other applicants over phone.

I know but in Bangladesh PCC, you can't list multiple addresses and it has no time limit as well. You either have PCC from permanent address or current address. I know it's quite trivial but still there was a case reported whose application got rejected just because he did not get PCC from all addresses in Bangladesh.

Can anyone explain why PNP applications are processed very slowly? Are fsw applicants getting PPR within 2 to 3 months whereas PNP applicants are waiting more than 6 months to get PPR ? Why this double standard?
I don't agree with you one point. They don't actually having double standards. It has been verified by CIC call center agent (someone from other group called) that, after you apply for eAPR after getting ITA, you also become Express Entry candidates and there is no discrimination among FSW candidates and PNP candidates. The only thing they do extra is verifying your nomination from nominating province. That's all, other than this everything else is same as FSW. I also saw few guys with PNP nomination getting PPR within 3-4 months. So, it all depends on case to case basis. I can give you real time example, someone from the other group that I am referring to got PPR after 8-9 months, this is because he used to travel a lot. Cumulatively he traveled to 14 countries and this makes sense that IRCC spent most of the time to check his background and security as he traveled many countries.

I did my medical through Dr. Wahab's Medical. During the test, someone from the panel physician's clinic told me to write the UMI number on the IMM5419E form (medical report). That person also showed me the UMI number which I am supposed to write on the form. So I did. Now, I realized after getting my eMedical Upfront medical slip, the number she told me to write on my form is actually the UMI number for my spouse. (not mine). This is totally mistake done by her. In that case, anyone have any suggestions what CIC might do in such case?

When did this refusal happen?

May be it was because of the Foreign Ministry attestation. May be that attestation makes the PCC centrally approved.
I don't think so. They would have mentioned it if that had been the case. The problem was with the address and the duration of stay.

Two of my friends got visa who collected PCC from their home district although they live in Dhaka. It is not a big deal if u have attestation from Foreign ministry which is mandatory. So u r thinking for a silly issue.
I know two people who didn't even upload the back of Bangladeshi PCC and got visa. They are in Canada now. Never heard of refusals about such trivial matters.

Thanks! I was relaxed until yesterday when I came across one case of rejection with the below wordings:

''The Police Certificate from Bangladesh that you provided with your application is not acceptable as it does not cover the full period of time spent in Bangladesh. You have indicated in your address/personal history that you resided in Bangladesh from 03/2005 to 08/2013. Bangladesh Police Clearance Certificates are locally issued by police districts, and the Bangladesh Police Clearance Certificate you provided did not cover all districts.''

He is an Express Entry Candidate. He got rejected in May 2017. He currently lives in the US since 2013 and obtained the Bangladesh PCC through one of his relatives. I checked that PCC and found nothing wrong with that. It is like any other Bangladesh PCC. However, I noticed the following points:

1. He lived in Khulna and then in Dhaka, and obtained PCC from Dhaka only as it was his last address before he left for the US;

2. He did not upload the back of the PCC with Foreign Ministry attestation;

3. He did not get it from his permanent address (which he should have as an expatriate Bangladeshi - according to some)

This incident of rejection has caused a wave of panic in some of my group members including myself as we also lived in different districts in Bangladesh in the last 10 years, but obtained PCC from Dhaka only.

Any observations? Thanks

May I know your timeline?
