Adding a child after getting landing visa

I have just got the landing visa for me and my wife and 2 children and my wife is due for delivery in Oct for the third child .
My visa issued is valid till May 2018.
What is the procedure to add the 3rd child and how much time does it take .
Is it possible if yes how .
Please help with information
