After sending passport, how long does CIC take to stamp the PR visa?

they received it on 9th august
no reply since then

I sent my passport on 12 July, it was received by CPC on 14 July and till now I still did not get it back. I called CIC and they said your visa was printed but they could not tell me if they sent it or not.

Still no Actin from CIC.

I sent for TRV stamp on July 24 and they received on July 26 and I'm just waiting

My friend got PPR and she sent her passport to CIC on July 24, 2017 and it reached CIC on July 25.

As of Yesterday (Aug 21) her application online changed to approved and her passport mailed out. It was delivered this morning so it took 28 days from they received it until they sent it back

I did the landing at USA border today morning.
