i've seen 2 x pictures of CoPR, neither have pictures on them... so i think its safe to say, NO...
my visit visa for canada doesnt have a picture either
i didnt get one till now... so it would be better to check 1-2 times a day
lol... i forgot about that captcha
i checked VFS it still says documents being processed... but i have a counter file number on the CIC account... so i think by tomorrow latest i should have the passport with me.
Thanks...but im refferring to PR visa where earlier there used be pictures affixed along with the visa page. i dont know what you mean by earlier... but the last 2 ones i saw of my friends didnt have pictures on them...
No, i went there and checked myself.. no email was sent.
Earlier means...couple of my friends who left Canada last year had their pictures on VISA page...
But now they hv just fixed one picture on COPR page (Wch was submitted along with PP) and that too manually fixed.
Just need to confirm if the trend has got changed now ?
Hey guys , thank god i also have my profile updated with the approval status,its mentioned to check messages below but i dont have any messages to check,hopefully we can get our passports this week as there is no reason for any further delay now

When i checked my CIC account; Application says Approved i.e. on 21-July-2017
I think, its safe to say, we can all get our precious Passports stamped back before Eid holidays commence.

Guys i recieved my Passports back. Had sent it through Aramex directly... below are my time lines.
PPR-21st July
Passport sent via Aramex-26th July
Passport recvd at Auh embassy-27th July
Passports returned back thru Aramex-17th Aug
PP Delivered-20th Aug (coz of weekend)
More or less it was 16-17 business days to recieve my PP's back !!
I thank everyone who all had extended their view points and encouraging words...which really keep our hope's moving !! Hats off guys !!

After you saw your application got approved in your CIC account, after how many days did Aramex courier your passports back to you?
Did you have to instruct Aramex to collect your Passports form the Embassy?
Congratssss!!! Me too btw it says check msgs and i have no new msgs.. but it doesn't matter at this point i just want my passport back!
Thanks...application got approved in system on 16th Aug UAE mrng hrs and PP's collected and dispatched frm Auh Embassy by Aramex on 17th Aug...
Due to weekends on 18th and 19th...PP's got delivered on 20th Aug..
I didnt had to contact Aramex on this...Embassy themselves call Aramex to get to PP's collected based on the return AWB#
great news... so basically everyone who had their application pending, is now approved... so PPs should come latest by end of this week...
