I believe there'd be some changes next year to improve efficiency, based upon the learning experience from PGP2017.

I am already in but will wish that this lotto system stays against the stupid conventional system first come first served. That system only benefitted agents, and couriers

Agreed! Lotto is definitely better than the old system but still could use further improvements.

Yes. Received the letter with refusal... there should be an eligibility check before lottery...

Hey Could someone update the log.
I received lettter (email)from cic on 18th August "your application has been accepted under the intake cap 2017" and they also provided my application number #.
And
My application started showing up on ECAS - 18 August 2017.

Seems to be the norm. Mine changed to 'received' a week or so after the sponsor approval.
