Need some advice

I have completed my 10th with 8.4CGPA,
+12 (comm.) with 71.66%
But B.com (P) with 45.8% due to some reasons.
& then recently PGDFS (1yr) Diploma with 70%.
How many chances I've to get Study visa of Canada???

Strong finance like my Dad is Central Govt. Employee but I'll take loan for study. So is this storng finacial position or not?
