We sent our Schedule A and PCC on 3 July, no confirmation of receipt or medical request yet.

Essentially asking if it's worth it to just do the medical now to save time down the line?

you cant do the medical without the email request for CIC. The panel physicians wont do it without this paper. be patient

Good luck on that, hopefully you get it. I'm sorry but I don't know about the OWP portion. Hopefully someone can chime in to advise you.

My ecas changed to in process but not third line added to clarification that we started processing your application ...and i received email from Mississauga that we transfered your file to london...so is it AOR2?? OR should i wait for email from london visa office that we received ur file for processing and untill third line that we start processing ur file on this date

I have never got an email from my VO that they received documents but I did get one more line saying that they started processing our application on a date (which means that my VO have got our package of documents). So I'd say wait for a change on ECAS.

We finally received our notes and honestly it's a relief to know what's happening with the file. I would highly recommend if you haven't ordered the GCMS notes. I was hoping someone could help me in interpreting some things though. Under assessment it says eligibility is in progress and security and criminality has not started. I read somewhere else on here that even though it says not started they have actually started it. Is that true? Secondly under application assignment, it has a due date of 08/18/2017 which is today. What does that mean?

When did you order your notes? I'm still waiting on mine.

I'd suggest reading the first page of GCMS notes thread which outlines everything. Not started can mean that security is underway and for criminal your PCC may have already been verified just waiting on eligibility to mark the same date. Due date means nothing as they can adjust this all the time.

I just recently ordered my notes too. Nothing had started on our file, but some people were nice enough to help us understand them. The things you wanna look for is the info on the first page. Update date is the last update on your file. Group # if blank then awesome if not it is possible you may be requested to come in for an interview. The Notes section on the last couple of pages are also very important. From the notes of the officer you can get a good idea of how they perceive your relationship to be (genuine or not etc). Check out the due dates assigned to Eligibility, criminality, and security. This just gives you an idea of what their internal deadlines are, they are not set in stone and work can be wrapped up before these due dates so not to worry.

Yes even though security and criminality appear to not have been started, the truth is they don't write anything there, so they might be happening simultaneously. It sounds very promising what you have described, so all the best
