25/07/2017 I got email request for police check original and then I send to SVO they got27/07/207 And 1/8/2017 I got photo back untill now still quited .
depends on if you are in the interview queue or not.my request for passport wasnt until after the interview, then,we had to do a re-medical,then it was after that, that we received passport request, total time from interview letter to passport request was 15 months

Do someone got a request for further test about tuberculosis ? We received a request 4 august and my wife need to do sputum test about tuberculosis. Singapore give 60 days to send the result but It's take 3 month to get it. The question, do I need to write a message to explain why we can not provide the result in time and do I need to provide evidence about that the test is done and we are waiting for the result ? Someone had experience about it in the past ?

Hi, everyone. My wife (PR) and I are in Thailand. We're April applicants. We got the AOR2 in late July (while my wife got the AOR2 in last week). We haven't been asked to do police check or medical yet. I'm assuming this is normal.

Is there any estimate on the wait once Singapore has received it?

Thanks!

Finally we got email request for passport and pictures .
And status show Decision Made. My waiting games is 7 month and 8 days. Yippee

Congrat :) This is the average waiting time for straight forward case from Thailand. It took about the same time to get PPR

We also just got the same request on Monday :-( I think you just need to complete the hospital visit within 60 days, since the panel physician will likely send a message that the tests are in process?! But I'm in the same boat as you and have the same question, wondering if the panel physician acknowledges to ircc that tests in progress or not. You could ask your panel physician if they will notify ircc that you have completed the tests and results are in process or not? If yes, then you don't need to do anything. If they don't be notify ircc, than I can't see it hurting if you just message them that results are in process and expected to be ready by xxxc. I have a representative that asked us to tell her when the tests are done... So I'm assuming she will inform ircc when we've done the sputum tests? But not sure...

Woohoo!!!! Congrats!!! So happy for you!!!! Enjoy Canada! I've officially lost my January 2017 Thailand waiting buddy! We got further medical requests two days ago, so another 3 months waiting for us at the earliest before PPR is possible...

If I can give you an advice, don't assume anything ;) I would contact ircc that you did the medical test they ask for. Don't worry about the 60 days delay they give you, if they know that you did the test they will wait the result even if it takes nore than 60 days

My wife can talk to someone in charge at IOM today and she got more informations. First, here in Saigon, they do not make the analysis by their self and that why my wife needed to go in an other place (referred hospital) to do the sputum test. So they will not notify IRCC cause they will get the result in minimum 8 weeks.

So I will send a message to IRCC that the test is in progress and that IOM will provide the results when the hospital in charge will send the results.

About the timeline:
For us, it's mean that IOM will receive it at the end of October or in November. So, if it show a negative result, I add one month for Singapore notify that they received it and, without other request, I do not expect PPR before January.

Good luck !

Hi all,
From your experience, is sending correspondence and documents (pdf) to the Singapore Office using EMAIL is reliable? Did you have trouble using that route?... We sent documents a month ago by email, we received an automatic reply saying they have received the email... but nothing after that :|.
Thank you...

So I guess that you talk by using the form that we find on the website.

When I send a document by this way, I never receive notification from them apart the automatic response. I called CIC and they told me that I would not receive confirmation email about it. They also told me that they see in the system that they received my pdf and everything was ok.

Sweet and short, yes it's normal.

Good luck

Yes, that sounds like a great plan, to tell IRCC that the test is in progress and expecting results in 8 weeks or so. My Thai husband gets the sputum test done next week with the panel physician, and I hope our representative/lawyer will notify IRCC that it is in process. We, too, are not expecting PPR any sooner than the end of January 2018. At least it's a little less "uncertain" on our end now that we know for certain that it will be at least that much longer and time for me to stop wasting time looking at job offers or house rentals in Ottawa... :S
