If I have Job offer from Toronto, do I still need to provide Proof of Funds as per the table on CIC website ($23K for 4 family Members)
or I can show lesser?

Guys my NOC is 2281 and my current CRS is 361 which got eligible on 11th August with new IELTS (L9, R9, W7. 5,S6.5). Booked again for 9th Sept to score CLB9 in each section. My previous IELTS score got expired in April and Due to that I Missed recent HCP invitations invite sub 400 scorees. Any predictions when will it open again?

Please go for a re-mark of your speaking test while u take another IELTS. Don't waste those scores. Please remark.

Hi friends,
I was just preparing for required docs for OINP registration in advance. I have a query regrding photograph upload.
Do we upload front and back(photo studio details) altogether as one file while upload? Or just front of the specified photograph need to be uploaded?
Pls suggest.

I took my photo from the photographer in usb and uploaded it. Just the photo in the front. It worked.

Guys just wanted to know - do u receive any email from oinp once ur status changes ? I.e from assessment to dip or dip to nomination or whatever..?

You don't receive any e-mails from OINP except for ADR. You will receive an e-mail from Express Entry once you got Nomination.

Are 1000 characters allowed for both letter of intent and ties to Ontario, or only the letter of intent? I wrote a letter of intent to reside in Ontario and a description of ties to Ontario in a Word document that has over 4000 characters. I have not submitted because when I was ready to register and submit on July 25, the HCP stream closed. So now I am wondering if I need to condense a lot? My ties to Ontario text is somewhat long because I have listed all jobs I have interviewed for with companies in Toronto, along with interview dates, because one of the ways to show ties to Ontario is jobs applied for, and I have also listed the names of a couple friends in Ontario and dates of previous visits to Ontario. Is this level of detail not necessary? If I need to condense drastically, I want to do it now so that I can submit immediately after the HCP stream reopens again.

1000 characters are for ties in Ontario: "Please list all of your established ties in Ontario below (maximum 1000 characters)" then you can upload the letter of intent in the other section. Yes it's good to show proofs of job search, just try to be concise.

You're welcome.
ADR = Additional document request. They'll e-mail you if they require any further or missing documents. Other than that you won't receive an e-mail from OINP.

There is a part where you can attach a document and a part for you to type in.

Hey guys, a question while we wait for registrations to re-open.

I already applied for a Study Permit, but to study in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I still got no answer, and the answer is expected to come in the middle of October.

Do you think it'll be a problem, if the stream re-opens next week, as I won't have status until (probably) after I got my nomination?
Or do you think they'll see that I have a request for a SP pending on my profile, and then they'll deny my application because of that?

Any recommendation? I was thinking of changing the DLI number for a private college in Ontario, but it'll probably take some time until I got a LoA. And it'll be hard to find any program starting in January/March...

Any status changes today? I am in assessment waiting to move to DIP, hopefully this week.
