nah, I definitely not. I also reduced it when filling the text-area, since it only allowed 1000 characters . I uploaded the whole letter in the specific section
Are 1000 characters allowed for both letter of intent and ties to Ontario, or only the letter of intent? I wrote a letter of intent to reside in Ontario and a description of ties to Ontario in a Word document that has over 4000 characters. I have not submitted because when I was ready to register and submit on July 25, the HCP stream closed. So now I am wondering if I need to condense a lot? My ties to Ontario text is somewhat long because I have listed all jobs I have interviewed for with companies in Toronto, along with interview dates, because one of the ways to show ties to Ontario is jobs applied for, and I have also listed the names of a couple friends in Ontario and dates of previous visits to Ontario. Is this level of detail not necessary? If I need to condense drastically, I want to do it now so that I can submit immediately after the HCP stream reopens again.

I did a big mistake while claiming 15 sibling points by updating my EE profile on 13th July, 2017 taking my score from 419 to 434 and which has resulted in an ITA in this draw of 433.
My brother with a Permanent Resident Status after getting PRTD had gone to Canada on 12th July and landed there on 12th july itself to permanently settle there.

While claiming sibling points by updating the profile, I simply couldn't notice the HELP sign ”? “ there along the column where it is clearly mentioned that the sibling must have been there in canada on both dates i.e. on date of submission of profile as well as on the submission of application for permanent residence. I had submitted/ recreated my EE profile on 25th June, 2017 when my brother was in India.

I had also applied for OINP nomination on 29th july, 2017. My application included copy of PRTD visa page of my brother’s passport, canada entry stamp, my brothers bank account statement , his old SIN number as a proof of his living there.

Kindly advise how to save the OINP application as well as misrepresentation if there is any.

Is it a solution that I decline the ITA immediately, make change to the EE entry profile by changing the sibling claim and reverting to the name of our maternal aunt( for 5 points of relative) who is also in canada and also by writing the whole story to OINP by email. My present concerns are-

  1. After declining the ITA, will I be able to make changes to my profile. I mean to remove the sibling from the RELATIVE section and revert my CRS from 434 to 419.Will the EE system allow to make the changes.

  2. Do I have to inform EE about this.

  3. Will e-mailing the OINP the whole story as described above adversely impact my nomination application or they will simply reduce my CRS to 419 and continue processing the application which was under ASSESSMENT stage 2 days back.

  4. Will there be any angle of misrepresentation left.

I do hope you will kindly think about my problem and provide me some proper solution.

Just decline the ITA, remove your sibling, and wait for OINP to nominate you. You cannot claim the 15 sibling points and 600 nomination points at the same time anyway.
IMO, you're worrying too much. It will sort itself out. You don't have to explain anything to OINP or EE.

Thanks a lot for quick reply. What I understand that.
1. I decline ITA.
2. Remove sibling from EE.
3.No need to inform EE.
4. Regarding OINP, I feel that in oinp profile section my points will still remain as 434. Something should be done about it.

Guys, as I have mentioned in another thread I started,
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/oinp-new-in-demand-skills-pilot-stream-coming.511792/
I logged into the OINP website not long ago and noticed a new In-Demand Skills Pilot link near the bottom left part of the screen that is not active but is new. Has anyone heard of this In-Demand Skills Pilot?

In-Demand Skills Pilot
In demand skills pilot is like the ICT professionals with crs scores below 400.
So they might even invite pple from any sector in demand in ontario.
