Hey Kiran, finished packing up yet? Missed you guys too. I will surely share the notes.
I am doing bits and bobs daily:D
I hope your file moves to LVO soon now, been enough! New Delhi is still decent, i am assuming you residing in India of course:)

CIC will not tell you that status over e-mail only the Visa Office. Yours is Ottawa as you are CEC, so no point asking that also.
I suggest you call them and speak to an agent and ask if eligibility is done or not? this will help you get some straight answer out of them.

Hi @KiranK do you know if there is any specific office for CEC outland?

I guess the file is on queue to an LVO. It will go soon I hope. New Delhi would have been a good LVO judging by what's on the tracker but I'm not resident in India. I live in Lagos, Nigeria.

Hello guys, went on a small vacation and I can see all the PPRs given here. Congrats to everybody who got their PPR and to us still waiting, it will come soon.
So, I got a reply from CIC:

Hello Infinix ,

Thank you for contacting us at CPC-Ottawa. Your file isn’t presently at our office, it’s at the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney NS Canada. I can confirm your application is in our system and is being reviewed.

You need to submit your questions via the web form athttps://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx so they get directed to the proper office.

If you are presently in Canada, you can also contact the Call Centre at1-888-242-2100.

The RPRF (Right of Permanent Residence Fees - $490 per adult) remain outstanding on this file. Once these are paid, please reply to this email and attach the pdf receipt.

This is going to be a long wait. I will take a lot of patience.
My gcms notes should be available next week. I should get an idea of what's going on.

Hi Infinix, I also have received the same response but they didn't ask me to pay the outstanding RPRF fees

I think eligibility is done, because I got BOWP 10 days ago.. I don't know whether it is a good idea to ask that or not..

Ohhh , i don't know why I always thought you were an Indian, silly me, i must have misread and mixed up something.:p:)
Good to know an amazing kind person from Nigeria, i hope that this office is also at a decent speed in processing... All the luck to you mate!

Okay then you have nothing to worry my dear. just wait for few days and the golden e-mail will be in your inbox.:).
Still if you wish you can call them, it will be no issue at all.

Haaa:p:p. I'm not really bothered about the speed anymore so long all is well. I don't intend to travel to Canada till December, so CIC can take their precious time. Just needed to be sure it's all good. Once I get the notes, it will be better. I have met some amazing Indians here too. It's really a pleasure :D:D:D

I will advise that you order the notes. It takes a month but it will give you a better understanding of your file. What's your timeline?
