Hi Kiran, I have sent them a mail for VO yesterday. Didnt get rely yet. What is meant by additional documents uploaded. Does it signify anything

It signifies that any additional docs you must have sent have been updated in your file.
You will get a response tonight or in next 2-3 days...

IP1 this is and NA1 has been over dear.
Your R10 check is going at the moment, in few days this status of BGC will change to "not applicable" again that will indicate that you have successfully passed R10 and criminality. Then in NA2 your eligibility will be started, once eligibility is "recommended pass" your file will show IP2. At this stage if your file is at Local Visa Office the visa Officer will check and finalise all the checks done and fully pass them and issue a PPR.

So it doest mean that documents have been verified, it just means that it has been uploaded. This has been showing for last 01 week now.

It just that wait is never ending. Patience is really a virtue.

My NOC is 0601 and i am with 1 main + 03 more applicants. That could also be reason for delay cost Medical got cleared quickly and it changes to NA2 say in a day. After that it only showed additional documents uploaded. .

No no dependents have never ever been the cause of delay, people with 4 dependants have got PPR in 30 days. No worry here, let's wait for the Visa Office reply that will shed some light on the situation.

I called them yesterday. The agent was very helpful and told me that they have already reviewed my eligibility and now will do medical, BGC and documents. Is it normal? Had no updates online yet and no UCI allotted.

Awesome!! Congrats!! I mailed CIC few days back asking my VO and next day on 25th July BGC status changed to IP2. Since then no update. Thanks for the wish. Should i wait for some more days or should i call CIC? Experts @gurik @KiranK please comment.

Edit: In email they replied me that CPC Ottawa is processing the case.

Your application is already approved, this is the recent trend from Ottawa, IP2 is initiated on approved application. Congratulations dear.
Ottawa is delaying PPRs are bit even to approved applications, i suggest you wait 20 days in IP2 before contacting them.
I think next week might see a downpour for Indian applicants! this week was majorly inland and USA applicants with few other outlanders.

Thanks for your wishes Paaji If Ottawa is processing your file, I am sure you would get to see the Golden email soon. I would advise against calling them up as it gets recorded on your GCMS notes (this is what one of the group members mentioned earlier). I look forward to celebrating your success story soon.

Its great news, congratulations!
Wait 5-7 days more before calling, give 15 days in IP2, its normal, no worries. Your file might be approved already I think.
