The score doesnt matter after ITA is issued. So even if your point goes next day after getting ITA, they will still consider. In ITA, there is a statement which talks bout this. So dont worry

Your score can drop but cannot drop below the cut off score of the draw in which you were invited. Only a drop in CRS due to age is ignored after the ITA. After ITA, you have to prove that whatever points you claimed are valid.
