Yes. That's right.
for NDVO the avg days for DM is just 142 (a little over 4 months) ... so DM by sept end oct beginning for us ?? haha that gives me hopes, but who knows how it will go! I hope for the best for all of us :D

So...l (sponsor) got the transfer email to Singapore VO on July 25th. However, they haven't asked for medical and yet it was sent off?...That doesn't seem typical after seeing everyone else's timelines so I'm a bit worried.
Also...my applicant had applied for a student visa and was refused last Nov ("there's not enough proof you'd return back to your country" sort of thing). I really hope that doesn't slow things down but I can't say for sure...

Any insight would be great!
Thanks.

But that's just from 24 applicants out of 150. So, the data is very small to come to an estimation like this. If someone in 2016 did have similar sheet, Then we will know how is it going. Even then, it's New Delhi. totally unpredictable.

That's completely normal. Mississauga is not responsible for Schedule A/PCC/Medicals. Those are VO responsibility. Although, in many cases, Mississauga collects that before handing it over to VO. But no necessarily it has to.

From my understanding, previous refused visa to canada could potentially effect the spousal sponsorship process.. in terms of being asked for interview and such? But it depends on how many refused visas and how long ago it was.. one refused visa 3-5 yrs ago shouldnt make a difference versus one recently... but no one really knows as interviews are mostly when genuineness of relationship is questioned, or there are more problems paper work wise... did you provide the previous rejection letter and an explanation with your Schedule A? It would be useful to know from someone who has gone through similar process to see how that effects the process. Let me know if you find out more information, or if someone is able to shed a light on this.
