My Application was also rejected due to missing Proof of Common law form. I submitted the form 3 days after submitting my application through the case specific enquiry webpage
I redid my application on my existing account and received an ITA, I am now reapplying, what do I have to do about my medical, the doctor submitted the medicals in April for my last application, how do I link these results to my new application???
Please can anyone Help me with some Advise

There's nothing to do, simply upload the same eMedical sheet.

Do you need Canadian PCC if you have stayed and still stay in Canada?

It's not compulsory, but sometimes they ask few applicants to submit RCMP, that could delay your file processing time by a couple of weeks. So I got it up front and uploaded.

Last month, my PR application was rejected as it was considered "incomplete" because of choosing "Montreal, QC" as the city, province of destination. The thing is I am going to start a master's program at McGill University this fall, and that was the reason behind choosing QC as the province of destination (I wasn't aware its not under EE by then).

Today I am submitting a new PR application isA, I would like to have your opinion on the part of my LoE where I shed the light on my previous rejection.
here it is:

"Explaining rejection of my PR application No. E000732711:

It was considered "incomplete" because of that I have chosen "Montreal, QC" as the city and province of destination. I made a mistake being ignorant of the fact that Quebec is not under the EE immigration system. I only have chosen this city because I was applying for a master's program at McGill University there. Now that I am aware of it, I decided to live in Ontario – please see the next part of this LoE.

Explaining choosing "Alexandria, ON" as the town and province of destination, while studying at "McGill University, Montreal, QC":

After I have done my research and consulted people that are residents of Canada, I have chosen this city as it is the closest to Montreal with a train stop. The almost-one-hour-journey by train from "Alexandria, ON" to "Montreal Downtown, QC" makes it convenient for me to reside in Alexandria, without negatively impacting my studies at McGill. Adding to this, graduate students currently have discounted fares for transportation, which lessens the financial burden of staying in Alexandria.

Upon graduating my master's degree, my plan is to continue staying in Ontario as I have good command in English and can adapt and get well established there. Staying in Quebec is no option for me, as I have absolutely no knowledge of French (my master's program is taught in Englsih). This makes it very inconvenient for me to stay there after graduation as well as making it almost impossible to find a good job there."

My application just got rejected mentioning due to missing FBI PCC. I have rechecked my application and confirmed that I have submitted this document. This is really frustrating as the efforts we put into this application is over months and they reject in just 5 days without even looking at documents. Can someone please advice what should I do now? Cant imagine restarting the whole process again?

sorry to hear that, which stream you are FSW or PNP and how long it take them to reject the application?

Same thing happened to me aa well but they didnt give me any reason. Last nigjt they activated it at their own and status is medical passed. Did u submit your application on 17th july?

After giving me heart attack, brain attack, depression attack cic started processing my same application which they cancelled due to incompleteness 2 days back...dnt know what's in line next

I just found out that I had to upload the copy scan of the original PCC while I just uploaded its certified translation. Many applications have been cancelled because of this. Mine has not yet. Do you have any ideas how I can send my PCC now? Do I have any chances to undo my mistake? (eAOR July 13th, asked for schedule A on July 24th, medical passed July 29th)

I believe u r lucky and ur application is good to go. Mine was cancelled due to incompleteness but they have started it again. In your AOR letter check they have provided the guideline to upload dox later if required. Better u do it now. Can u tell me why schedule A form was requested from u? It mostly have the same questions which we completed while submitting post ITA application?

In fact they did not explain why they asked me to fill out schedule A. I believe many applicants are asked to fill it out. Yeah, it contains the same questions we answered in e-application. The only difference is that in schedule A they ask for the applicant's original signature. Besides, how did you have your rejected application to be reviwed again?

I cross checked my dox i almost provided everything. I didnt get mesg in my email account neither they mentioned any reason when they cancelled my application. I hope it was an error from cic side. This link does not ask me for the name of the visa office while when I open the form through searching cic.gc.ca website its asks about the visa office. I do not know which one to fill out.

Do first thing straight away send it through a case specific enquiry. Send it as an attachment. Then try for other options too.
