Yes so I called them today and this is what I was told... if you have already submitted the requested documents (in this case fee payment & pcc), then do not send it to them again. The person on the phone made it clear that they already have enough papers to deal with and that it's not necessary to send duplicates. The email was a computer generated mass email that is sent to everyone as a general reminder.

April 13th, 2017 applicant here. The "Background check" on GCKey just updated to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information." today which is weird, because there was no AOR2 and it still says "Application Received" on ECAS.

Not sure, I didn't get any AOR2 and application on ECAS is still "Application Received" but BGC went has started on GCKey.

same here.. that's all I got from them.. from GCKey.. no AOR2 and same in ECas..
