Hi All,
Starting this post to clear the confusion on JNTU Anantapur and Hyderabad not being listed in WES Tool (World Education Services) for education equivalency.
My certificates are from Hyderabad but I studied in Anantapur campus.

Even though only JNTU Kakinada appears in WES tool, all the 3 campuses in Kakinada, Hyderabad and Anantapur are eligible (Recognized Institutions) for education equivalency across world.

Copies submitted:
1) Degree Certificate (Attestation by Registrar- NOT NEEDED). But good to get attested.
2) Marks Memos (All Semisters)- (Attestation by Registrar- IS NEEDED).
No other transcripts were included.
Placed in envelope and got it sealed where ever envelop is pasted and sealed over the seal.

Address mentioned with WES Reference Number. Sent personally through FedEx Express Envelope.
reached in 3 working days.

If status is not updated in 3-5 days, call and request them to expedite. It pushes the process ahead.

Congrats Sandeep.

Few queries:

1. Do you mind sharing which degree was this for?
2. For Marks Memos, did you just take a photocopy and got them attested? Was this sufficient?

=> Mine was MCA
Yes took photocopy of each memo (by semister) and also took original along to present it as proof(to reduce search/validation time by the staff).
They validated one by one and signed(& Stamped) all of them. Also got the envelop stamped from outside in multiple places.
Since the university was in a different town, I took similar signature on 2nd copy of each memo and a 2nd envelop to maintained a second copy ready (in case if WES asks to resend some of them or all). Pasted tape before them and took it by hand (They don't post/courier you even if you want to).

Good strategy Sandeep.

But did you send the transcripts of your Bachelor's degree also for evaluating MCA as requested by WES in the Required Documents link on their website?

For all applicants submitting a Master’s Degree or PGDip earned on top of a three year Bachelor’s Degree (12+3+2) for evaluation, WES requires that you provide your Bachelor’s degree documents, otherwise WES cannot complete the evaluation.

Ok. Thanks !

So did you pay (double) for evaluation of both MCA and graduation degrees OR for just MCA? How much did you pay?

JNTUCEA has not charged me anything. But other University had a challan fee 800 INR.
:)

My apologies, I was not clear in my last response.

Actually, what I wanted to know was did you pay WES for evaluation of both the degrees OR are you getting just MCA evaluated? and how much did you pay in Canadian dollars to WES for this evaluation?

For WES I had to pay 234 CAD (only once) for Master's evaluation + Courier charges 30 CAD on me.
Here is the catch: Master evaluation includes a mandate evaluation of 10+2+3 (Bachelor) before the study. If Masters is not recognized, WES provides report as Bachelor Degree. So no need to double pay.
If we pay twice, there is just repetitive request.

Btw, what is your degree?

I am also an MCA. :)
Did B.Sc (Non-Medical) before that.

So if I got you correctly, we just need to pay for MCA evaluation but have to send documents for both MCA and B.Sc. Correct?

Hi all, I did B.Tech from JNTUK and would like to do WES but unfortunately I don't have my original transcripts right now but have all the photocopies. I'm clear that WES doesn't need originals unless specified/requested but can anyone please confirm am I able to go to JNTUK with photocopies of all my documents or they need originals only to verify and for further process.
