Hi, just wanna ask why my GCkey accnt is having a glitch, coz, i sent my sched a and pcc 2 weeks ago but my application status, stating that "your action is required". Im having trouble because i sent mine 2 weeks ago i need some help.. is that normal?

Not to worry, the website has been having a glitch and you're not the only one experiencing it. It's veen like that for awhile. Whenever you're unsure simply call the centre
