Decision made on ecas afer AOR no medical request ( outland sponsorship application)

Hello friends,

I applied for spousal outland application for my sponsor on 14th June 2017 and received the AOR on July 12th and received another email to link the applicatiion.
Today, when i opened the ecas it says " decision made " . Do you know what it means ?

Thanks,

"Decision made" will show up when the sponsor is approved.
