I called IRCC call center and they informed me that my passport was received on July 13th, and its in queue for printing. I have sent it on June 28th and it was delivered to Ottawa on June 30th. Looks like they missed to look at packages received around that date
I called IRCC,, they informed me that my passport was received on July 17th. Delivered to Ottawa July 4th.

So that means they approve the case, generate the counterfoil numbers and then send it to printing, mine is also stuck, it was approved on 13 June and i thought the next step is to courier it back and thinking that I made travel plans on aug 2....

I've seen this happened to other people too. I don't know what "delivered" means to them. Maybe they consider sending it to printing room as "delivered", not the delivered status we see on courier website.

Hi all,
I just finished my landing at Peace Arch Border in BC. Wait time to the US border was pretty long, took about an hour, told the officer that I was flag poling, he put a orange sticker on my windshield and guided me to the US Custom Office. and then another hour at the office. When I returned to the CANADA side, there was literally no delay, crossed the border, went into Cananadian Border Office, greeted by an super nice Indian lady, asked for my COPR and PP, asked a couple standard questions, signed the COPR, confirmed my address and said I should receive PR Card within 6 weeks. Then she explained the requirements to renew PR card, gave me a litter Canada flag and said congradulations and that was it. The whole process at the Canadian side took less than 10 mins.
Thank you all for your kind helps and this forum made me feel so supportive during the long, depressing wait on my PR Journey.
Lastly, wish everyone a speedy PR process and very best in the future as a Canadian PR.

I just got my confirmation of permanent residence in the mail and the place of birth is wrong??! I have zero idea how this happened as the city written on there is a completely different city than the one I was born in (it's in a different country even!) and there is NO way I would have written that on my application (I check GMC notes and this was a change made by an officer, no idea why).
UGH I'm so annoyed. On the document it says:

"You must inform us of any correction required to the name, date of birth, passport number or expiration date on the Permanent Resident Visa" but this is different since it's place of birth that is wrong.

What should I do? I was planning to do landing next week!

I would have called cic to know exact thing to do. It sucks when you get something like this at the last moment. But don't worry we all are human. Make mistakes. They would have done it too. Call them and they'll guide you the best

I did the landing yesterday at lansdowne Border bridge at Thousand Islands as they are accepting applicants for flag polling 24/7. Great experience. No wait time or delays. There was no one else for flag polling. Fairly small place as compared to Niagara borders. The process was very smooth and officers were calm and greeted nicely. Officer asked me if all was correct on my COPR and upon my request changed height on the file online as there was a big difference. Me and Officer signed both COPR. Confirmed address. Officer kept the one with the picture and stapled and folded the other one in the passport. There were no lines. Not much traffic. Few visitors crossing the border. Great views from the city itself. Entered Canada as Permanent Resident. :):)

Wow that's a very long wait...hopefully you'll hear something soon since it went to printing room.
Summer time can make things slow.
I called CIC yesterday since it has been a month since my passports were delivered (mine and my husband's).
They said that one of them went to printing room on June 23rd and the other one on July 10th. But when it came back from printing room it had a mistake in one of them and it went back to the line in printing room. According to them I should hear some news by Monday.
So frustrated!

I also had mistakes. For me it was marital status AND passport number with mistakes. In CORP and the passport visa. I called CIC and they told me to send back to the same address with an explanation of corrections to make. But you should call, I had to do that because of mistakes in the passport. It seems error in CORP are usually no big deal.

It is so bad how many mistakes they are making.
I didn't get mine yet because they noticed the mistake before sending it to me.
