Is anyone know when application will be approved? Fot those who have similar timiline: Guys how is it going?

This PNP is utter waste of time and energy. People are waiting for over 17 months while express entry approved in 3 months. For economic immigration this processing standard is unacceptable. CIC should scrap out paper based applications and integrate us into express entry or at least have reduced processing times. What a frustration beyond words to explain!

Waste of time and now money too. They are charging 500$ in manitoba for pnp application. With same processing time of 3 months. People are getting sick of it.

My Passport was received on July 14'th. Seems weird that it would take them this long to stamp a Visa. The process shouldn't be any different than stamping a Temp. Resident Visa or a Work Permit, but somehow PR Visa takes time. Weird.

My wife is in India and they haven't sent a letter for my wife PPR
I sent them an email to arrange her

I applied for GCMS notes. I am not too sure if I did it correctly.. it cost me $5 and it will take 30 days to be responded to. Does it sound right?

  • Please note that due to the volume of requests that Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) processes, it is not unusual for responses to be sent late in the day of the due date.

Yes, thats how it appears and it literally takes 30 days from my experience

i have one question. any applicant who got ppr recently did cic receive their file in march 2016 or they got aor in march 2016? How cic sending ppr on base of application received date or the month they (applicant) got aor?

medical upfront : oct 2016
medical passed : jan 2017
background check still Not applicable.

NO idea what they are upto!!
