My status from 10 June is at DIP and still waiting for nomination. My CRS 411 NOC 1114 any idea why it is and how long will take to get approval?

In the heading Intent to Reside in Ontario there are 2 subheads: Family Ties and Social connections/ personal relationships. In the checklist of the ONIP guidebook section 6 states :
6. Relatives in Canada (if applicable)
Copies of the following documents if you or your spouse or common-law partner has a parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling, aunt, uncle, niece, or nephew.........

Now my question is that can we submit documents of my brother-in-law's friend/business partners who stays in Ontario to qualify as Uncle (his age will be same as our uncle only) or should we mention that in Social connections and personal relationships?

You can't claim points for him but you can use him as a social connection.

Just want to make clarification regarding connections. It is confirmed by OINP that you don't necessarily have to show it if you can declare a strong intent to reside in Ontario.

So, even you don't have any links just write why Ontario over other provinces and you will be fine.

Its the same for me. I think they might have stopped assessing new applications which were submitted in July, even if they got the NOI in June.

I submitted my application on July 3rd and the status changed to Assessment on July 6th. Keeping fingers crossed for the next status change

I have created my EE profile with 2 NOCs 2172 & 2173 since I have more than 3 years of experience in each NOC. Is it correct to do so?

I have a query reg the affidavit for a translation. As per CIC site, we need to upload three docs if we submit a english translation.
1) Certified photocopy of original. 2) English translation 3) Affidavit from the translator.

But after I submit my eAPR, I realized that I didnt follow the above rules.
1) I didnt upload a certified copy of original, just a color scan of the original
2) English translation with the certificate of authenticity from translator
3) I missed to include the affidavit from translator in eAPR, but raised a CSE with affidavit copy after 9 days from AOR.

Do you think my application will be rejected due to in-completeness for missing affidavit in case the VO skipped my CSE???? Kindly advise, I am restless since I found this mistake.

There is no fixed rule.. when it moves to next stage.. & this is not particular about ur case but in general..
