you know what I liked in this post....your signature which states
“Bran thought about it. 'Can a man still be brave if he's afraid?'
'That is the only time a man can be brave,' his father told him.”
:)
Me too.. I saw it just now and somehow it kinda relates to all of us. Choosing to move to another country is by far one of the scariest thing anyone can choose to do. But we choose to be brave.

Good ol' Eddard Stark!

if your wife is pregnant, does it mean 1 PA and 1 dependent or 2 dependents?
lol, Its only one dependent until the baby is born.
When you then add the baby you will be asked for updated POF and the identity documents.

Regards

No way that there are 8T people in range of 401-410. No calculation in the world to back that up!
Hi Andie!
There were 4K in the pool till 22nd June. Per day there are about 200 that are added. So until July 12th, that would add appx 4k more to the exiting base of 4K.
Therefore 8k...

Hi Guys, I've submitted my wife's(Primary applicant) profile and we've got the confirmation that we're in the pool. We have been given 455 points based on our eligibility and we're hoping to get ITA in next draw. However there's a situation(A pleasant one :)), we're going to have a baby by Jan end. Question is what to do after we receive the ITA? Go ahead and upload all forms, except the medical(Coz we can't get xray done, or let CIC know that we want to wait until later? A little unsure of what to do. Ideally, we'd like to have our baby here and then in Q1/Q2 move to Canada. Thanks for your kind suggestions.
Hi,

Congrats on the great news:). You actually do everything the normal way, including medicals. Your wife will go through all the medical tests except for the x-ray, so you will still have an upfront medical form for her. Just explain explain this in your LOE (post-ITA).

Wish you and your wife the best of luck.

Hey JayPei, can you send a screenshot of your study section? Mine has first my bachelor's and then my one year postgrad. It should give you the 119.
Dear Marcus,
Thank you for your reply. I figured my mistake in the application. I had to re create my profile. and finally got the full points allotted for "two or more......"
The mistake was, when I was checking my CIC(come to canada tool) eligibility, I had entered my highest education qualification as masters degree(this was before I got my WES report, expecting that I will get my Masters degree evaluated as Masters but WES gave only as Post Graduate Diploma), later I tried changing to "two or more...." but the system was not recognizing the changes I made and it was only accepting my bachelors degree as highest level of education.
Moral of the story: wait till you get the WES report, before starting your application because you will never know how WES will evaluate your credentials :) ......

My consultant says if you are applying for yourself and show a non-accompanying spouse and kids, your PR application will be refused. Is that true ?
