First of all congrats.... where are you from...in my opinion you should continue with the application there are threads on this just go though them and you will be enlightened... if you get PR you can land and get back to your country again same with spouse or you do the delivery in Canada any option is open to you...but if I were in your shoes I would not stop the process and would take decision on after PR or depending on situation...there is one more issue but would avoid explaining that here...if you need more info just send message out of thread...

Thanks Sandeep. I'm from Delhi and I'd like to have our baby here itself as it'll be covered under my company expenses(Can't do the same in Canada). I think another gentleman as suggested a form that I can provide that'll simply pause the process instead of completely stopping it. I think I'll go with that option. Thank you so much for your valuable suggestions!

Guys... please request you all to post according to thread this is ROH not a thread for mocking others...with CRS of 441 and asking if you will get ITA...let me tell you my story today (imagine dramatic sound at background and read ahead)....Its my birthday today...before wishing me read complete post (that background sound again...)...CRS 418 yesterday...today its 413 arghhhhhhh....so just dont mock people...really not in mood today.......I hope the CRS is below 425 tommorow but I see it difficult...it should be around 435 +-3 just a pure guess I have done calculations earlier but not in mood today (again that bg noise)....anyways this is ROH so hope for ITA 4000+ and ITA goes like around 420...I really like coming to this thread to get out of bad mood few members are really good and they help you get out of depression and most are just pure fun really love to be on this thread....and streanthens my resolve for Canada... see how that bg noise dissapeared...

Let me tell you two good news (literally),

1. You are going to stay at 413 for anohter year (Seeing the brighter side, considering you have maxed out the points from where you could have earned).
2. You won't be in the pool soon, as you will be receiving ITA in late July or early August. Do not be deviated by the last cut-off. That is temporary. The upcoming tomorrow should fall under 430 (if my calculatons are correct) and the next could be your shot along with many others.

I have not maxed out but want to avoid any strain right now mentally and monetarily if i do not get ITA in next 2 months them I will think of IELTS ( not much scope as its L 8 R 9 W 7 S 7) but still will see and also my spouse score can improve so all in all scope of 15 more points but as I said would like to avoid that if possible. Apart from that also thinking on french but its a long term goal but not impossible...will decide after 2 months by the way also have option of OINP as I have received nomination but will decide that after 2 months...
And as your second point states waiting for ITA...lets hope for the best...

The application can continue and will be put on hold right at the end for the x-ray

Hi Gavin, thanks for sharing the form. It really helps. It's a simple form that clarifies that rest of the process will be completed post delivery of the baby. My question is will we have to again go back to the pool or CIC will continue to process rest of the application barring medicals? Given that we'll be able to provide the xray in Jan 2018, how far this whole process go back(We were hoping we'll be in Canada by end of Q1, but now doesn't seem to be the case).
