For applicants in the UK, your Visa Office is also in the UK.

Incase it's useful for anyone, I just got an email from CIC saying that my PR application was being processed at the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, even though I'm applying whilst in the UK, maybe all online applications are processed inland.
