Express Entry/Skilled Workers

Dear all,
I intend to migrate to Canada with my two wives and four kids, which of the express entry program is suitable for me.

Worked for the last 13years with MBA degree in Financial management and both wives also working and currently with minimum of 4years.

Kindly advise on how we can apply and recommended program.

Hi,
I am a geologist and working from past 10 years in mining industry. I have registered in job band and also created a profile for Express entry in CIC. My CRS is 374. Can anybody help me what should I do to improve my CRS score (apart from giving IELTS score which was 7.5). Should I get registered fro P Geo (Will it increase my chances of getting a job offer). Thanks in advance for applying
