ECA for my M.TECH Degree from JNTU-HYD

Hello,

I have completed my masters in Hyderabad from JNTU my course started from 2011 - 2013 but my college conducted viva on March 2014 and hence my degree states exam conducted on April 2014 ... I am confused what should i write duration for WES form.

Also My name in Passport is Given Name: Abdul Huq Surname: Mohammed and on my degrees Mohammed Abdul Huq .... this will be issue?

Pls mention the date mentioned in your degree, WES knows what duration to consider. If ur degree date says specific month and year pls mention that
