No, but i can include it if there is some support, i've been thinking about it.

Please share your thoughts.
Yes, it'll be quite helpful to all, I believe.
If you can, you should really do that, since those applicants who have not paid RPRF upfront would benefit from this.

I second the opinion of adding that into immitracker.

Anyone ??
It's the 5th day...
I paid my RpRf on 16 June and moved to Addl docs you uploaded are being reviewed on 19 June. No activity in my account since then. rather i feel the whole RpRf thing has delayed my file processing.

Yes, RPRF upfront and not upfront both have their own merits & demerits.
Let's accept what it's now and move on.

BTW, what had you done in addition to paying RPRF and uploading the receipt of the same in .pdf format?

I had uploaded the same. The documents checklist then moved from 'Replacement (RPRF receipt) needed' to 'Replacement submitted'.
No other change has been there since then.
In the 'Application details' section, I previously had 'Additional docs you submitted are being reviewed', but it's like this since June 7th (system glitch) when everyone had the same status changes in their accounts, along with the other changes.

Should I expect anything else to change than this?

Well, RPRF does give you an extra data point in your application, in my case it looks as if it helped. Look at my timeline! I had my application approved 7 days (max) after my RPRF.

RPRF is no criteria to judge if PPR is near.

I paid mine on 12June2017. So its 22 days as on today that i paid RPRF and still my BGC is Not Applicable.

But its certainly a sign that your application is smooth sailing.

I paid the RPRF during the application submission. I can see that some applicants have been receiving the request for RPRF. For those of us who have paid the fees before, would there be any acknowledgement/change in the status that it has crossed the request for RPRF stage?

It has been the same for me.

For me the addl docs read like this

1. Please provide additional docs requested
2. Addl docs you provided have been uploaded
3. Addl docs you provided are being reviewed. (its still same message till now).

BG has been NA since IP1.

I expect some traction this week as i am in the 90-110 days post AOR period.

No, i m afraid not.

The only changes will be on BGC. But for even that no mails/messages are provided by CIC.

My understanding is, CIC sends email for the following updates:

1. Medicals
2. If you need to pay RPRF.
3. For any Additional Documents.
4. And finally, (my personal favourite) for PPR.

For any other updates, one has to constantly check one's MyCIC account.

Good luck.

OK thanks.
Please let us know when you have any kind of status update in your profile.

It'll help me to expect mine.

I never checked the application details. My CIC messages had 3 things on 3 different days:

1. When RPRF was due: We need additional documents (...) Check you messages (15th June)
2. When RPRF was Paid: The additional documents you have provided are being reviewed (15th June)
3. After 1 day: We do not need additional documents (16th June)

Unfortunately not. Only good thing to imagine is that your application never got halted because of RPRF. But again it is a guesswork.

The only reason people use RPRF as some kind of a marker is because the assumption is that they will ask for RPRF only once you clear your A11.2 eligibility. The logic being that they will not ask for RPRF unless you have passed eligibility or else it doesn't make sense to take the money and refund it. However, RPRF doesn't necessarily mean that you are very close to PPR since there is still background check which includes checking through personal history, security etc. Most people are getting from NA to IP2 in 30 to 40 days. So RPRF will come sometime in this 40 day window period.
